My name's Abdul (Abi for short). I'd like to say thank you for visiting our site. Hopefully you'll find the content interesting and helpful in order to decide whether our retreats in beautiful Croatia are for you?

I moved to UGLJAN from England where I was born and raised in the city of Leicester. I did not think that I’d ever move from the UK but after spending a number of holidays on Ugljan I came to realise how much more rewarding and interesting life can be in this simple, natural and clean environment.


I certainly don’t regret ESCAPING the pollution, noise and congestion of the city.


The venue I have designed and created is the perfect get-away for like-minded people. It offers excellent accommodation for up to SEVEN people, a large kitchen, dining terrace and living room.


The roof terrace is amazing - offering views across the sea towards the mainland on one side and towards neighbouring islands on the opposite side.



The locals have commented that I have the best views on the island..!

I'm Chandra,

My name is Chandra Martina and I was born in Italy. Chandra is a name I gave to myself, feeling a resonance with the sound of the name and the special connection to the moon.


For many years I've had an interest in the discovery of ones self. I’ve been studying Philosophy at university where I obtained my degree whilst also following yoga lessons at a variety of Yoga Shala's.


Thanks to good teacher’s I’ve have had the opportunity to discover this millennial discipline & grace to which I’ve found an important part of myself.

I didn’t began with the purpose of becoming a Yoga teacher, but more to unfold what was underneath in my unconscious. Over time my love and passion, practice and study at the University as well yoga studies, it became clear for me my mission was to teach yoga.


So hopefully we will explore together the knowledge I’ve attained from my experience and create  memorable moments together.

I'm Rebecca,

YOGA,  MEDITATION, YOGA NIDRA, TRAVELLER


Rebecca was first introduced to yoga in 2010 & quickly fell in love! She maintained a steady practice for 7 years before completing a 200hr Yoga Teacher Training Course in Bali, Indonesia. Furthermore another 100hr advanced teacher training and 50hr of meditation training.


Rebecca loves to travel. Originally from NJ - USA but is currently living in beautiful Croatia.


Having led yoga retreats in Ibiza, Cambodia & on sailing yachts in Croatia she has truly mastered the art on both land and sea.  Through her understanding of yoga philosophies & direct experience of yoga practices, she has gained so much knowledge about herself & life. She feels most happy sharing what has transformed her life with others by creating empowering and supportive spaces for others growth and development.

Her yoga classes have a holistic approach combining meditation, intention, asana, breathing practices & yoga nidra (or deep relaxation). Her meditation classes focus on guiding others to unconditional love, their inner light & universal truth.

I'm Bhavesh,

YOGA, MEDITATION. OUTDOOR PURSUITE INSTRUCTOR, AUTHOR


Meditation has been a part of my life from birth through parents and the Brahma Kumaris World. This practice helped me maintain a calm & focused mind.


My earlier professional life gained me a variety of outdoor pursuit qualifications which I performed for over 21 years.


Upon attending a meditation retreat in 2013 I tried my first yoga class. Since then I was inspired to maintain the practice and in 2016 I went to India (Rishikesh 200hr) with aspirations to become a yoga instructor.

I started teaching professionally in 2018.

In 2019 I returned to India to complete the 300hr Hatha & Ashtanga teacher training certification.


Meditation & yoga helped me through a series of tough life challenges in 2016. This also led me to write poetry. My first publication was released in 2023.


My main objective now is to share the wisdom behind these poems and show the benefits of yoga and meditation on your physical & mental wellbeing.


The body is programmed to work with a peaceful, calm mind. When we go against this, physical ailments occur within.
